Need some motovation

Doing really well haven't cheated once and lost 14 lbs first week but this weekend going to be hard I feel a bit deflated. Did loads last week but was still bored usually my weekend consists of meals out or takeaways or a few drinks general socialising with OH. But now I'm like ok no meals out no food and I can't even shop as its pointless :( ahhh won't cheat as I won't want to let myself down but not happy tonight
 
You'll feel better tomorrow and happy that you've still not cheated even though you are feeling a bit down., a stone in a week, that's immense!!! Well done!!! Only my fourth day and I'm not doing great but even though not in ketosis I've still lost 4lb so far. Just had a blip with fat free dressing, forgot about the sugar in it , doh!!!! Can you do a bit of pampering/ do your nails or feet or something to take your mind off things, have a nice bath and an early night and I'm sure you'll feel brighter tomorrow xx
 
Hiya hun. I totally understand what you mean. Were exactly the same...but you can do this. You said to me on another post about looking at pics etc or treating yourself. So for tonight perhaps a relaxing bath and early night? Sue is right, tomorrow you will feel so much better for sticking with it and getting through another day. Your loss in your first week is fab. Just think about where you want to get to. And perhaps tomorrow do something nice still but that doesn't involve the usual food and drinks. We popped to cinema other night. Wasn't the same but did it with no treats and last weekend we went to beach with kids for a walk and mess around. Keep distracted!
My hubbys gone on a stag weekend and im already struggling too so im totally with you chick. I cooked roast for my mum and sis earlier and I sat down to a shake, hmmmmm, nice!
Stay strong, stay positive and if your struggling get on here!

Thanks girls :) sat in bed watching tv don't have bath so had a shower. I know I will feel better tomorrow can't wait for weigh in tues won't be a massive loss i don't think but better than nothing. Think it's because not in the diet long enough to see results can't wait to get another stone off I need another three to get into my bmi :) and. Have 11 weeks to go until OH mums wedding. Comin off it for them and then back on it to maintain I think with a meal. Hope I can make it. Ugh be nice to be naturally skinny lol
