Starzz - I've been banging on about Jasper Fforde for ages to friends and family. I have just this week discovered that my husband (who doesn't read as a leisure activity) has been reading them on the train to work on his phone. He's on the third book of the Thursday Next series and it's only 10 days since he started reading them! I hope you enjoy your first Jasper as much.

Ozziemoz ~ I really loved the Dark Tower series, I think it is one of my favorite books of all times.
Im going to try Jasper Fforde on everyones recommendation.

I hope you like the books! I would definitely start with the Thursday Next series as whilst I enjoy the Nursery Crime books as well, I think the TN ones are more immediately engaging!

I'm so glad I finally discovered this section of the site, as I didn't realise until yesterday that it existed! I find this sort of forum an excellent way to discover new authors to try.
