Right I bloooody love a new diet. I get dead excited and gung ho, buy all the books and go crazy.
Then drop out the weeks later with a excuse.
However since the elf was blurb, a year ago I have list a LOT of weight. I have actually lost 5 stone since having her but that weight was the day I have birth ha ha so really Ira been about 3 stone I have lost.
Of all the diets the Zoe harcombe low carb diet worked best but it was too brutal. I barely ate fruit and very very little amounts of veg. And an insane amount of cheese was consumed. So I stopped.
I'm going to start by following a blend of primal with the "eat clean" philosophy until I'm in the zone physiologically.then I will hopefully make the transition into full primal.
The next few days, and until my asda order is in ha ha , I'm going to try and follow a low carb eating style. Burr I'm eating fruit and veg just not potatoes and corn. That should hopefully minimise "carb flu" effects.
Any hints and tips would be greatly recieved x x
