Hi all, had a rubbish weekend as it's been my mums birthday so had alcohol, chocolate, diner kebab, tons of food and I'm feeling really bloated and rubbish to be honest, but I'm not gonna let this slip up make me fail like it normally would! Back on it today I've obviously used all my weeklys and way more. If someone else has used all their weeklys and lots more on a massive binge or whatever would u cut ur points down throughout the week or just draw a line and carry on as normal? X
