Need to give myself a kick

Hi everyone this is the 3rd attempt at SW in 4 years. I have PCOS, suffer from depression and stopped smoking in November and put on a stone so January came and I decided to re-join. So far I lost 3lb in first week put on 1lb then 2lb went home in tears ate anything and everything then decided no I can do this so got back on track and STS and last week lost 1/2lb.
My problem is I am a fussy eater don't eat much veg or fruit. I hardly ever check the syn value on anything (which is where iam going wrong)
I thought if I wrote it on here for everyone to see I would have to get my act together worked with the smoking.
P.s I am an emotional eater
