hola everyone.. sorry was off a couple days.. been sick and today got back to work after a few days off.. I was having spell of fever and what not...I think I am keeping off the first stone that I have lost but not sure if I lost anymore...
Back to the plan from tomorrow- today a lot of water and detoxing..
