Sat 15th

Didn't get chance to write yesterday's food diary Stuck to plan however ended up having far too many sins Wine and nibbles with a friend unplanned so I've tried to eat lots of super free foods today I've been to the gym as well Go me!!!!
Here goes

HEX A B 30g cheese 2nimble

B/ fruit salad
L/ sweet chilli salmon 2 syns salad banana
T/ mackerel and salad
S/ mango pear apple homemade salmon burgers

2cups of tea with splash of milk
Alpen lite 3syns probably had about 7syns altogether

Very fishy day lol
 
16th June


HEX A B 250 semi milk WW pitta bread
B/ 2skinny lizzie sausages 2 syns beans mushrooms tomatoes bacon fry lite egg (so enjoyed my breakfast )
L/ chicken tikka salad stuffed in a pitta mango slices
T/ salmon burgers salad tbsp sweet chilli sauce 1 1/2
Syns - mini caramel egg 3 alpen bar 3 10 syns altogether

45 CV in gym

Weigh in tomorrow evening - bring it on!!!!!!!

How are u getting on with the plan?

Well done you I'm doing ok thanks lost 5lb so very happy, probably have a slow week this week though. Can't wait for concert Thursday night , am having a good lunch before I go and taking a healthy pack up with me lol, well done hun really pleased for you keep going Xx
 
Had a real crappy day boohoo

Firstly was woken up very early by LO so I've very tired all day 1st excuse
I then have been feeling very sick and kept visiting the loo a lot 2nd excuse
Not eaten a lot all day so I've gorged on chocolate tonight What the hell!!!!!!

Feeling terrible about myself but I WILL get back on it tomoz I just hope I've not lost my chance to lose any weight for next weigh as I would be gutted

Aw hope your feeling better today, don't be to hard on yourself if your poorly your poorly you have plenty of time to carry on hopefully it won't last to long for you.

Well I've had a horrendous week on the plan It's been an awful wk I'm dreading weigh in tomorrow as I know I've Defo had a gain

But tomorrow is the beginning of a new week and Defo new fresh start I've planned my first few days of the food diary and I've got to put this wk behind me and be focused again Not great for a second weigh in boohoo

Aw bless ya, keep on track this week and I bet the scales move in your favour!
I'm not expecting much off this week, I've started back on kettlebell training I seem to tone well with them but not lose so much so if I end up staying the same or just putting a little on I don't mind.

After having 3 wks holiday I'm ready to face the scales tomorrow and get back on track Hope I've not done too much damage I went to the gym yesterday morning and did a class and boy I'm I suffering today My whole body is aching I should have done a lot more stretching at the end

Anyway today's food diary

B/ fruit salad
L/ chicken tikka salad HEX b ww pitta bread
T/ left over chicken tikka mixed with whole grain rice
HEX a 30g cheese grapes
 
Monday 29th July

First weigh after having 3wks holiday 2lb gain
Lets back on track

HEX a 30 g cheese b 2slices of bread
B/ boiled egg fruit
L/ chicken tikka rice salad
T/ baked beans toast with cheese tomatoes
Syns - Wotsits 4.5
 
I'm doing ok hun thanks (I think anyway lol) its coming off slowly but is staying off which is an achevment in itself I think.
Am off out with the girls for lunch tomorrow hopefully somewhere SW friendly
