Need2bslim Induction diary

Hi there. Sounds like it's working well. Enjoy the extended induction - i did for 7 months and really enjoyed all the food as well as weight loss. Even now, although both DH and I on more (he has what he fancies and i target 35g), we often have induction meals through choice:D
 
Wednesday

Poor hubbys 3 days in and away to bed with the Atkins flu, awe bless his little cotton socks. I'm so excited to see what he's like when he wakes up 2moro. I bet he bounces out of bed and I'll say "Welcome to my world, haha". Im getting even less hungry day by day. I find myself thinking I better eat something at 3pm as Ive missed lunch.

B - cheese 1g omlette 0g, bacon 0g
L - never had anything
S - 4 slice roast beef 0g, 100g philly 3.5g
D - steak 0g, green beans 1g, mushrooms 3g, soy sauce 1g
S - SF jelly 0g, Whipping cream 1g
S - chicken 0g, pesto 0.5g, 75g philly 2g

TOTAL CARBS - 13g

Well he was rough this morning again but by this evening he's starting to feel better. Hope 2moro he feels like me. I done 3 1/2 hrs walking today again. I couldnt really be bothered but I wanted to see a good loss this week again so I just went for it. Might not get much more opportunity if the weather gets much colder.

L - chicken 0g, salad 3.4g, ceaser dressing 1g
D - 2 x Morrisons 100% beef quarterpounders 0g, cheese 1g salad 3.4g, mayo 0g
S - roast beef slices 0g, philly 4g

TOTAL CARBS - 13.8g

S - SF jelly 0g, cream 1g
D - steak 0g, 1/3 cup mushrooms 1g, soy sauce 1g, 50g mange toute 2.1g, 1/2 cup brocoli 3g, 1/2 cup cauliflower 2.5g, cheese 1.5g, cream 2g

TOTAL CARBS - 19.1

Monday

Im gutted today. Havnt lost a thing at weigh in and I think Iv been really good too. I was gonna start upping the carbs 5g this week as well and now im thinking twice about it

B - cheese 1g, omlette 0g, bacon 0g

D - 2 x sausages 5g, omlette og, cheese 1g
S - 100g philly 4g
 
Morning Need2bslim... Same is happening to me and not sure why... Perhaps it'll come off in a whoosh soon! :)
 
Morning, I suspect the cheese and not enough greens myself, you need to be nearer 20G carbs.
 
I kind of suspected that I might be eating too much philly. I must be eating half a tub every day. Some days Im eating 3 portions of veg and some day only one so Im gonna take your advice Jim. I'll lay off the philly and make sure I get my 3 cups of veg. Maybe the whoosh will happen next week. im gonna start having 3 or 4 cherry tomatoes with my chicken salad from now on as well as im gettin a bit bored with just the mixed leaves
 
Mayonaise and olive oil

Is it possible to eat too much olive oil and mayo? Ive been having x v olive oil on my sald leaves and probably about 2 tablespoons of mayo each day?
 
Need2bslim ... We ought not to eat too much of anything... Everything in moderation :)
 
Yes philly can deffo be a prob. Also be careful on tomatoes - they stalled me in induction although i have 3-4 teeny ones in salads now

S - 20 green olives 2g, sf jelly 0g, cream 1g
