Hey I don't know if you will still lose as JUDDD seems to work differently for everyone, but I don't think you'll have a massive gain by just adding an extra UD in. Maybe a STS?
You could try doing double down days afterwards which may help but it's up to you. JUDDD is flexible in the sense that if you do have 3 UD together just get straight back on it with a DD on Monday and you haven't 'come off plan' or done any damage, even if you don't get a huge weight loss that week.
