Thanks mrsk87, yh think I will use most of my points just didn't feel well yesterday . So didn't eat much. Also might do the weekly kick start now where u only use 26pp see how it goes.

mrs-s that is the best way to do it. I used to use my points on thing like chocolate and crisps everyday and yes i did lose weight but I have found I lose more when I use them on dairy or things like humous or nuts etc.

Feeling good today, looking forward to weekend. Going find nice beach to have good long walk. Them got my first weigh Tuesday coming round so quick.
