Little confession to make, decided to try the 5 -2 diet starting today (so fast today) just couldnt do it :( had to eat something, more because I just need food not that I was particulary hungry...

Been feeling the need for a shake up recently but its more to do with me than SW, I know it works just got to get my head in it...

Anyway ate what I had to hand at work and calling today a green day x

Going with a red day today, im at college tonight straight from work so struggle to have time to eat my evening meal, by the time I get home its 9.30 and my tummy doesnt seem to like eating big meal that late.

Red day:

(B) Special k bar (heb) muller turkish delight, apple

(L) Ham and cheese salad (hea)
Belvita biscuits (12)

(S) Banana and an apple, kara chocolate milk (hea2)

(D) Scrambled egg on toast (heb2) spread (2) tom sauce (1)

Weigh in at 12.30, dont know why im even bothering to go as will have gained :sigh: I just cant get into it at the moment. I think I just need to concentrate on maintaining and not put on even more weight. Its not helping that totm is due and I just cannot stay away from the chocolate... I need to find my focus!
 
Ended up losing 1.5! :eek: no idea how
