Thought id start one of these as some weeks i have good losses, some weeks not so good, other folk might pick up on things im doing wrong or right...........

any advice taken !

Monday July 5th week 9

EE Day

Hex A - Milk for tea and cereal
Hex B - bran flakes for supper

Breakfast.
Ommlette , 2 eggs, onions, cheese (6) ham

mid morning,
bananna, 2x clementines

Lunch. (had to change from salad as i couldnt get out the office)

Sav chick flav rice, (2)
1x muller light (toffee yum yum)
2x clementines

Tea
chicken and tomato pasta with homemade sauce,
pineapple with a muller light on.

supper
bran flakes (1oz as hex b)

8syns for day

worked out bad today as rushing at work then rushing out tonight, not as mush superfree as id have liked.

Tuesday July 6th EE Day - week 9

Hex A - Milk for tea possibly cereal for supper
Hex B - 2x Alpen light bars
Ommlette , 2 eggs made with onions and bacon (grilled no fat)

mid morning,
2x clementines

Lunch.

Ham box salad, with lettuce, onion, egg, cucumber, tomato, beetroot
no mayo or owt moist
1x muller light

mid aft snack
2x clementines

Tea
chicken and tomato pasta with homemade sauce, again!, last of batch made up

Glad there's another diary on here to read! I love having a nose at what everyone's eating!! You've done really well so far, and keeping a diary will mean you're able to see anything you've done differently (for the good or better)
Will make sure I keep popping in to check it out...

im doing extra easy all the time at the moment, its working and i understand it, if i start stalling ill swap.

3 slices bacon grilled no fat, 2 eggs on grill no fat.

alpen light bar (3)

Lunch.

super noodles (free)
200g fruit salad box
1x muller light


mid aft
alpen light bar (3)


dinner.

roast chicken, boiled rice, 3 tb spoon sweet chilli sauce (4.5)
apple, pinapple, grapes

Grilled gammon fried egg (frylite), boiled potatoes,carrots.

supper.
bran flakes with chopped banana (5)

i had a lot of clementines today, but i took a bag of them with me as there were loads of burger vans and snack stalls at the races and i didnt want to risk being "drawn" to them, so every time i felt like something nasty i had a little orange..........there were a LOT of vans :)

thanks, i did 1005 ! last night, thats the most ive ever done in an hour i think, it was a new instructor he was pretty hard going, im keen at the moment as i got a new heart rate mointor watch to help me train, it uploads to the net and does little geeky graphs to show what youve done, like this.

Gym solo spin 45mins / 750cal
not a good day really, got home after weigh in and power cut, so coulsnt do tea, so went to gym instead (halo), then by the time i finished it was nearly 9:30 wasnt going to ccok then , had kebab meat as a treat, but had no superfree,

not enough superfree again, didnt get home from work till 7.30 then had a few calls to amke so didnt get home till 9.30, so made a quick chilli and cooked off a load of italian chicken in tomato and herb sauce for the freezer. Need to have more salad veg for the rest of the week.
