New (again) to SW - and newbie to this forum

Hi,
Just started SW for first time in a few years. Have tried lots of things - even a hypnotised gastric band operation and all to no avail. Thought I'd come back to the tried and tested method and have found a great class so feeling positive. Looks like this is an excellent forum too so look forward to being an active member.
