New and need a buddy

Hi all. Im 25 female i weigh 70 kilos for being 1'68 meter
not soo much to loose but i d like to go down to 60 like i used to be. Who s with me
my diet is low carb around 50 gram of carbs a day or less, morning: eggs with veggies, lunch salad with fish or meet and dinner sald with fish or meet, snack is a hand of sunflowerseeds and or veggies

Please i need all the support i can get
