New and wouldn't mind some help

Hi

I have just joined weight watchers online but thought I would rather join this forum as I have seen it a few times before. Anyway I have done weight watchers a few years ago but can't really remember everything and I am sure it has changed probably too. I weigh 12st 10lbs:eek: and would ideally like to get to 9st7lbs.

Apparently I am doing the discover plan so any help would be much appreciated.

Try drinking lots of water as this will help. the colder the better as your body has to use calories to warm it up!
also I findhaving a Ticker helpful as you can see what you havelost and what you still need to use.

Hi welcome to the site, write what you eat in your tracker or on your thread as it helps you keep track of what you eat and how many points you have not used. good luck and keep us post about your weight losses.

Day 1 today and I am feeling great, not hungry at all. I really like the points tracker on the WW website it is great and really easy to use. Will update you all on monday with weight loss.
