    Hiya Guys,

Could anyone please give me a hand with some syn values please?

I have just (maybe stupidly) bought 2 of the new 450g (same size as the Onken) pots of Asda yogurts, the Vanilla and Chocolate and the Strawberry and Wholegrain.

The vanilla one claims to be "low Fat" and the Strawberry one "fat Free" but these are so new I can't seem to find out if they are synned or not.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated as I lost 4lb this week and don't want to ruin it with Yogurt... would much prefer to ruin it with Wine :D

The strawberry & wholegrain one is fat free so you can calculate it using fat free yogurt as a free food:

    = 7 Syns per pot

Thanks Guys... just given them away - they may be 50p but I think I'd spend that on fruit rather than those syns...

Thought it might have been too good to be true...:(
