    I just started the CD, so far so good...but I do feel lonely...

    I was wondering if any lived near the Dulwich area in London??

    hi there, i also started ss this week, im on day 3 and doing ok , i wish u all the best, i dont live in london but come on here everyday since starting the diet, something to do and keep me busy so as not to think about food, so come on here and youl make friends have a chat etc

    Welcome Lovelynaett -- I live north of London, but we all can support you from wherever we are in the world. Congrats on taking the challenge of this diet at this time of the year. You might find it very difficult the first few days until the ketosis kicks in, but then after that it should be a bit easier. Be sure to drink your water and stay warm (a lot of us feel colder than usual -- perfectly normal due to fewer calories consumed). Don't hesistate to ask questions -- there are loads of successful dieters on this forum who are ready and able to help.
