New day, new 100% me

I'm writing this to make sure I do it ha ha!
All was going fine at my daughters first birthday yesterday until everyone went home. I won't go into details but seems I took the term clearing up a bit too far!
Looking back on it I realised that I had been so busy from the second I got up I hadn't had any packs so by 6pm I guess it's no wonder my stomach was thinking faster than my head!

I have a complete food hangover today, I feel awful so am quite looking forward to some nice bland shakes!

I promise to be 100% today!

Leftovers are an absolute killer epecially if you were brought up to never waste food :( I get them in the bin asap, or better still I get someone else to clear up :D

They're a killer! I either put them in the bin or the dog. You may hate the waste but putting them in you is also a waste as you don't need them!
I did it the other day with a biscuit. Luckily I realised what I was doing and handed it over to the ever patient mutt who was watching my every move :)

Normally I'm ok. I'm so mad at myself for not even grabbing a bar at some point during the day but what's done is done. Back to sticking it all in the dogs bowl from today!
