i have 3 stone to lose and am 5ft 4" anyone with the same statistics?

Similar stats, I'm also 5'4" but have 4stone to lose (maybe even 5 - will see when I get there lol)
Its my first official weigh in tomorrow but I have caught the 'daily weighing bug' and have already lost 9lbs as of this morning!

You will love it! Have you ever done a VLCD before? x

I'm 5'2.5" originally had 4 stone and a bit to lose now got 23lbs left to "normal"

i tried cd last year went from 12 8 down to 10st 10 but then put it back on as my sister pased away and started eating junk, hopefully im more focused this year and hope to see good results, today is my first day on exante so far so good just hope i get throught the week ok for a great result next friday!!!
