5. Water intake 2 litres
6. Carbs today: pasta
7. Body magic: kettlebells and packing up kitchen ready for builders
8. Total syns 10 (digestive, sultanas, shape yogurt)
9. Soup: Spicy tomato soup with lentils

Is it just me or is anyone else just wanting to hibernate? I get under the duvet and don't want to come out!!!

Oooh angel delight - haven't had that for years - do u still mix it with milk or is it ready made? How many Syns is it per portion?

8. Total syns: 4
9. Soup: Beef goulash x 2

Everyone is doing so well! It is quiet on here without the bunny though!
Some yummy sounding soups- beef goulash sounds up my street.
Can't wait to join in next week x
Yes the soups do sound good and mine haven't been hard to make - keep meaning to freeze some but I've been lazy and just eaten it the next day!

7. Body magic: walk with dog, only about 20 mins though due to dodgy foot!

9. Soup: spicy vegetable and mixed bean soup (as per pic of empty mug upthread!)

Hello everyone :wavey:...I'm back :D !

This is just a flying visit, I will be on later tonight for a proper catch up on posts. Well done, your all doing super well :p, can't wait to see all the yummy soups, I've missed them a lot and am looking forward to joining the challenge next week with you all, I need a kick up the bum to start those losses again :rolleyes:.
