New me diary!!!

    Going alone!
    Today has been a tough day, i have eaten healthy food till lunch time when a bag of crisps the kids were eating at work got the better of me, they were cheese puffs so maybe not that bad, but bad enough!!!

    Note to self:

    * find weight loss buddy!!
    * no eating crisps and chocolate for 4 weeks at least!!
    * exercise each day for 20mins miniumum!!

    So my must things to do.

    1. No eating after 8pm unless fruit but no later than 9pm!!
    2. No chocolate or crisps, (I cannot just cut down as this don't work for me). :17729:
    3. Join the gym ASAP!
    4. 20 mins exercise each day, either gym or walking!!
    5. No take aways at all not even weekends!!

    So I'll start with those 5 rules first and then add to them if I need to.

    I need to think of 5 items of exercise I can do to stop me getting bored.

    1. Gym, (thinking about going isnt going)
    2. Walking, (in the house doesn't count)
    3. Swimming, (in the bath doesn't count)
    4. DVD at home. (watching it on the sofa isnt working out):coffee:
    5. Netball training, (watching isn't training).

    So now to take on the day, i have netball training later on so to eat a healthy meal!

    hello and welcome along :)

    I too am healthy eating and moving more!!!!

    I have to deny myself takeaways totally (my downfall) and all the goodies too, and I've started walking almost every day, and plan to wobble onto my new exercise bike this week. :eek:

    Just want to wish you luck and I look forward to chatting with you, keep posting!
