Hi Claire, welcome aboard, I know it's hard my first day (which was yesterday) was terrible! I had a real bad headache all night and felt sick but I must admit i did feel a little better today and I didn't crave for food as much as i did yesterday.

I haven't tried the soups or porridge so i really cant advise you on them but the shakes are good and i have stuck to them for now....

I tried drinking black coffee but i failed miersably as it tasted yukkkk...lol. So mainly like yourself i've stuck to water!
