Just wondering as I'm new what youghurts are free all the times and I'm always on green days but can I eat tonnes pasta shapes or spag bol n how many syns plz n anything else what is sun free pleases

certain mugshots are free as far as I am aware on green days (not sure about red ones)

My fella eats a lot of mullier lights........I believe specific flavours are free

That's great thnk u, I'm sorry but do u know which youghrts are free, I used to do sw bout 4 years ago n still using old book which is out dated now but can't get to a meeting too far away

i dont eat them but my fella seems to eat the strawberry, cherry ones mostly......

Try the syn free yoghurt sticky at the top of the page. Best looking to the most recent posts though as they do go out of date.
