My 7 point lunch. Very filling! I'm getting back into the swing of things, Gona make a no point veg soup later to bring into work with me.

Thanks girls, first proper day done yayy, even done a40 min walk.slowly but surely getting back on track! Feeling the extra weight I put on.
 
hey there firstly congrats on giving up smoking :)
i gave up a year ago. its hard giving up n tryin to keep the weight off aint it
thats why i have started bk up co zi put 1 n half stone on giving up smoking. how u finding it on weight watchers? x

Hi yes I'm on ww I'm off the smokes over a year now think its about a year and 2-3 months! Well done you too, I too put on over a stone and a half!!! Killer isn't it!! How long ate you on weight watchers? Do you have a diary?

Spicey butternut squash chips! Had these last night with extra light mayo, they were delish!! Only thing I would prefer them much crispier, going to try find a way to make them crispier. Will defo be making these again!
