the biggest tip anyone can give you is to stick to your points! everything you eat, write it down and you will see results! :) x

Hi there :)
Ive done every plan going to and had 7 stone 8 to lose so am the same as you,I also have 3 children so cooking seperate is a pain so I know exactly how you feel.

I have had a few months break from diets so I could get my head round I need to change for life and ww is good as you can use it always easy as its not restricted and thats why I now see this as my plan for life not a 'diet'.

Yoyoing as we both know is terrible for us mentally as for our bodies,so I feel now I cant stop this and yoyo as its too emotionally draining.

Maybe ask can you do this for life and keep the lbs off at maintance,I had to be tough with me as my next step is a 3 year gastric band research,I even had my consultation booked......Im scared to have it but know thats my next option.

I hope you do this this time and we can keep each other motivated along with all the lovely people here :)

Good Luck in your new journey xx

Welcome and good luck - I find planning my meals makes it a lot easier to stick to and make better use of my points. You should be able to make the same meals for the whole family making it easier.
