watch the salt intake with water retention xThanks guys the apple and cinamon isn't as bad and the thought of adding salt and pepper to the soup tonight is a big help!

It for 3 days but this is my fav so far.. It smells and tastes like black cherry angel delight I use to have when I was younger!
