New start for a healthier me

Still on track today. Last nights weigh in was a nice little boost to get me started.

Breakfast - weetabix and banana

Lunch - roast chicken salad with olives

Dinner - roast chicken (skin removed), potatoes and thyme with green beans

Healthy b - weetabix

Snacks - apricot, peaches X 2, clementines X 2, coconut and vanilla fat free yoghurt

Syns - olives 1 1/2, propercorn salted 4 and rocky road hi-fi bar 3
Total - 8 1/2

Wasn't too bad thanks apart from doing a long day in work (7-5) but be worth the overtime when we go to Scotland.

Yes Friday and Sunday will be good then weekend away on my actual birthday on 12th when we are going to Gloucester! Can't wait :)

That's the weekend we go to Scotland! I love it too, my best friend lives there so off to visit her for a few days.

Not too bad. Had what feels like a few bowel spasms today, been in agony this afternoon. Seems to have settled down now though :) hungry today! Can't wait for my dinner, roll on 7pm xx

Not feeling too bad. Bit of a mood on again today because I got woken up by the neighbours kid screaming outside at 6.30am :flamingmade: sneaky peak on scales show a possible gain this week as well. I'll get over it though lol!

I try not to peek on the scales because I fluctuate massively and I know how disheartened I get. I'm sure you won't have a gain Hun.

Nothing worse than noisy neighbours. Ours are normally ok apart from the odd weekend luckily x
 
Today has been the first day when I panicked a bit about going a bit off plan. I had a meeting to start organising our Christmas party at Revolution and they had done us samples of the buffet and drinks for us to taste. Stuck to chicken skewers and the crudités with some houmous as didn't want to look ungrateful but did have a few tastes of the flavoured vodka to decide what shots we would have. I haven't gone over 10 syns yet this week so hoping it all balances out.

Breakfast - watermelon and fat free yoghurt

Lunch - salad with chive cottage cheese

Snacks - vodka and houmous with crudités (15)

Dinner - Seabass with broccoli and green beans

Healthy a - milk
No healthy b today as just couldn't fit them in

Total syns - approx 15
