ProPoints New Start To Goal (Y) Lou's Diary

So i started WW in Sept 2009 (2 years ago) at 16st 7lbs, in 12months i'd managed to get to 11st 8lbs , my lightest weight! However i'd never managed to get below that weight, and therefore for about 8 or so months i've stayed the same weight roughly between 11st 10lbs and 12st... until the past 3 weeks where i have ballooned to (checked just ) 12st 5lbs! ....

therefore!!!! ... as i have changed my place of work, and my colleagues are on WW propoints (ive only done discovery really, before i couldnt get my head round the 49 weeklies in propoints etc) ive decided for xmas to get back on it! my target goal weight is 11st :) and ill check in tomorrow for my start weight but guessing be about 12st 5lbs tbh lol :) anyway! food for tomorrow :)

keep forgetting to update 3lbs off for me so far :) was 12st 6lbs, now 12st 3lbs yay! :D

gonna aim for 5lbs more off in 5 weeks :D taking me to 11st 12lbs be ace to see 11s again :)
