oh dear !!! have put on weight and feel I cannot show my face here!!! I have ordered some GI diet books as I am clearly not getting it right and hoping the diet plans might give me some focus!! Hope you have had a better week!!

I lost a pound, so not too bad .... Two more WIs until my Hols, so time yet to see a few more pounds disappear !! Hehe !!

I have put on even more weight but it is totm. The books have arrived. I just need to start reading around them to get some ideas. I cried this morning when stepped on the scales. Not happy at all especially when I went to the gym and to a class. It is just fat so lets see how I am after this week. Miserable :(
 
Hi FSO, how I hate the bloody scales, but as a yoyo dieter, and my super ability to regain weight REALLY quickly, I use them as one of my weapons against, well, regaining !! LOL !! My weight losses are slowing down again, and with our holiday just around the corner, I'm relaxing a little bit already. Mr D has been feeling rough too, which has led to more naughty foods in the house, which means more temptation for ME !!

I hope you feel better soon, hun, and the books give you a kick, and you'll be raring to go soon !! I feel like I will always have to watch my weight, but I think when you are older, like me, hehe you think about the health side more than the size ten dress !!

I lost a pound and have another WI this Friday before we go away next week, so I think it will be a STS, but I'm hoping not to regain 7 lbs while I'm away !!

well done on the 1lb loss. Hope Mr D feels better soon! I have restocked the house with "good" foods and yesterday went well so just hoping I can have a week where I watch what I eat carefully and then hoping I can get in to a better and more sensible paatern of eating. Hope you have a lovely holiday and will catch you when youre back! x

OMG FSO !!! I really should know better than to miss two WIs, while squeezing in a Holiday too !! I've regained 12 lbs, from 204 to 216 lbs !!!! Boo !! I really enjoyed myself, so hardly surprising !! Vino, big indulgent meals, and more booze !!! Yummy !! So here I am, and back to cc ing and walking !!!

I'm hitting my Super Smoothies this week for deffo !! How are you doing ? Cannot believe it's what 12 weeks until Christmas !!! Got to get back under 200 by then !!!

Week two for me just starting, so getting into the swing of being super good again !!! The first week I was a Diet Angel, lol!! Nothing like a good ol' regain to scare the pants off me, hehe !!! Dropped 6 lbs, but I think that was a lot of water, or, errrr , the Vino leaving my system !!! Hehe !!!

Sorry I havent been on. I seem to have been seesawing for the past couple of months!! 12lbs must have been a shock but well done for losing half in a week. That is something. How are the smoothies going? I have been doing a lot of activities so haven't been on much but I have kept myself busy. I am now just indoor climbing now. Havent been going to the gym but will try and get in to a better routine soon. I am climbing twice a week in the meantime for now. I am feeling under the weather so hope it passes soon. Only a few weeks left until Christmas. Shall we set ourself a reliastic goal? I am thinking half a pound a week for me might be achievable as my pattern has been so bad so maybe I need pushing and should aim for a pound a week again. Starting after next Mondays weigh in perhaps? I was 11st 13 when I weighed in on Monday. Need to update my signature. Have a good week x
 
Hi FSO, glad to hear you're still climbing the walls !! Lol !! I hate yoyo- ing, it drives me mad !!!
At the moment, it is getting easier and easier to stay on track, so fingers crossed I shouldn't have any problems in keeping going to the end of this year ..... And beyond !!!

I would like a stone this month ( 216 to 204 lbs ) , then 7 lbs in Nov and 7 lbs in Dec ( less those months due to Birthday celebrations and the usual Christmas Madness !! Hehe !!) That would bring me back to around 190 lbs, so I would start the New Year with just over 2 st to lose to get to my 12 st target !! Sounds easy, right ??

Spent an hour last night internet window shopping at gorgeous little dresses, much better than the usual food porn !!!

Hahahaha - food porn!! loving it!! I weighed in this morning and I weighed 11st 12 and a half so half a pound lost - but its a loss as FB used to say and that's all that matters! Your targets seem tough but if anyone can do it you can. I am still aiming for a loss each week - but ideally would like it to be more than half a pound!! Good luck this week xoxo

Re- reading my post above and I see I got my numbers a little wrong !! Would like to get rid of my regain in Oct, so 12 lbs to drop, and then 7 and 7 for Nov and Dec !! Hehe !! You are right that is super strict for me, but I need the kick up the ass, or I'll be still around the same weight I was last New Year's !! ( might have to go and look that up later !! Can't remember !!)

I'm on week 3 of my restart, and the total lost is 8 lbs, so 4 more to go this month !! Was super good with the shakes for about a week or so, but I miss food on a plate, and then start to feel deprived !!!

Tried a new soup at the weekend Tomato and Parmesan Bisque, it was delicious !! So glad we are moving into Winter, I'll be all soups and jacket spuds and beans, mmmm !!! Though the temp here is still hitting 75 degrees !!( that's cool for here !!)

well done on your walk and the soups sound great!! Only 4lbs to go this month - I know you can do it!! I would like to be closer to 11st 9 by the end of this month as it feels like a while since Ive been there. But my aim is a pound a week only. Yes we can do it if we put our minds and hearts to it!! Divaaaa. 11st 8. It was girly time last week so probably accounted for a bit. I hope I can keep going sown. 11st 7 by the end of this month would be amazing for me so fingers crossed. Feeling a bit under the weather which wont help. I have a little gossip too and wish FB was still visiting. I have started dating. I really like him but I am not allowing myself to get too excited because my normal experience means it never lasts so lets see. Lets see how things stand at new years :)
It might be the motivation I need to get down to just below 11stone thats all to reach a normal bmi. It seems so close but so hard to reach always. I hope I can do it for Christmas this year. Fingers crossed!! how did weigh in go today? Give me some good news :)

Hiya FSO, WI was good, another 2 lbs bites the dust!!! You will get to 11st 7 by the end of this month !!

Still feeling okay, no alcohol, no bad foods and no evening snacking, and this is Week 3 of my restart !!! I'm cc-ing, and loving it !! Hehehe !!!

We have oth had a good week. Right its the final week in October so we must keep it up. I dont feel to great so off work today but whatever I lose while being poorly is not allowed to come back on by weigh in on monday!! I would like 1lbs off by next Monday's weigh in!! fingers crossed you reach your october target!!! We must do this! xoxo

I think I'm going to be the same, always popping back on to Minimins to ' maintain ' when I get there, that is !!!
Already decided I am not buying a lot of extra treats this Xmas, you know the big tin of sweets, tons of alcohol, etc,etc.... I think Mr D and I will have a night away at the Beach in January instead. Still going to celebrate and have a couple of days off, but I am not going mad this year !! ( I have to order the special British Christmassy food now, as I cannot find it just on the shelves here !!!!)

Happy Tuesday, I was as good as gold yesterday, had a GIANT salad for Dinner last night and I was stuffed !! Mr D had Parmesan Crusted Fish Fillets with Rice !! He's being good too, no snacking, which really helps me to stay focused !!!

Yay!! Well done. I love huge salads especially when I toss in sunflower seeds and pineapples. I makes the salad sweeter!! Its good MrD is not snacking which will help you. I always forget you were originally from Britain. How long have you lived in the states? Hope you can stay motivated with the Christmas treats and temptation. A night at the Beach sounds nice - I am guessing you dont mean literally gazing up at the stars laid on the sand all night!
I am feeling much better today so feel I will be back to work tomorrow. I do however have a date tonight. I didnt have the heart to cancel despite feeling poorly. He knows I have not been too well and he still wants to see me too. I think its a cinema date which should be good.
Glad to hear you will be staying on the site to maintain when we reach our targets. If perhaps seems like a better word for me as I get so close and then ruin it always!!! Lets see where we are at come new years. Hope youre having a good week otherwise xoxo
 
Oh yes !! We'll stay in a nice little Hotel, have a nice meal, won't feel guilty about it as we would have done a nice long Beach walk, and we usually walk miles on the Prom too, or should I say Boardwalk, as it's called here !!
Glad you are feeling a bit better and you have a date !! Nice !! Is he a keeper, or is it far too early to know ?? I asked Mr D out, I'd spent months waiting for him to ask me out, still the best damn decision I've ever made in my life !! Hehe !!
I've been here on and off for four years now, but I'm planning on staying put forever !! ( commitments in the UK, work, family, property issues had me trotting backwards and forwards for a while !)

Just finishing my Coffee before jumping on my Treadmill, then I'm out and about, so may not get to fit an outside walk in today !!
It's going crazy here at the mo, with the Election less than two weeks away, political frenzy !!!
