    Hey all,

    After a a lot of hassle getting my CD form signed by my dr, I finally started the plan today.

    Because my BMI is high, having to start of step 3 but looking forward to seeing some results, I have tons to lose!

    ive not done step 3 but any step on CD is a great start to the new you.xx good luck on your CD journey.xx

    Hi Ive started step 3 today - just because im a big gym goer so need the extra calories - ive done sole source in the past but bad habits led me to gain the weight back!

    Lost 5lbs on Tues. Considering I had a few bad days, I am happy.

    Need to learn to keep my mind occupied and not my mouth lol

    Consultant on holiday so won't be weighed until 23rd, so bit worried about that.

    just keep busy and focus on what it will feel like when you have your next weigh in, you can do this.xx
