I'm in need of easy ideas for extra easy, for snacks, breakfasts, lunches and teas. I work shifts so can't always rely on being able to go to meetings so I'm trying it myself. I started in January and lost 1 stone in 4 weeks, but now I have lost all concept of it and totally lost what I can and can't eat. I've got such a sweet tooth aswell, which is my downfall when I'm on an early at work as its so convenient to grab a pack of biscuits from the shop!! A lot of help needed please xxx
