Hi Becci, I'm doing great at the moment thanks. Just desperate to get to my first weigh-in!

Re: the runny shakes- I think you may have looked at the instructions for making up the male lipotrim packs instead of the female ones. I checked on the bag and it says males mix with 450ml water, and females mix with at least 240ml. I have been making them to half a pint, and blending with 8-9 ice cubes, and it's lovely! Really thick and creamy

Hi PickyNicky, welcome to Lipotrim forum. My pharmacy was pants but I personally didn't want them to waffle on at me. I also had a friend that was doing Lipotrim and she told me all I needed to know!

Thanks Nicky, I realised i mixed it up wrong!! At least i drank extra water lol! When is your weigh day? Mine is next Monday as this is my second day. How was your first day? I had the mose painfull headache emaginable It almost made me eat as the painkillers after 2 hrs wouldnt shift it!!! Oh i didnt eat by the way.
