New starter please keep a eye on my diary someone, not sure if im doing this right

    I am new to slimming world, started on monday so days in, currently need to lose 2 and half stones :sigh: ok her goes...

    Monday Extra easy

    Breakfast
    Muller light and banana

    Lunch
    3 scrambled eggs, smoked salmon on 1 slice of medium brown bread (HEX)

    Dinner
    Spag bol made with mushrooms, tinned tomatos, sweetcorn, onions, garlic, oragano and basil and 42g reduce cheddar (HEX)

    Snacks
    mullurlight
    apple
    orange
    banana

    Syns

    Tuesday

    Breakfast
    28g Alpen high fibre and skimmed milk (HEX)

    Lunch
    spag bol from monday

    Dinner
    1 brown med bread (3 syn)
    smoked salmon
    3 eggs scrambled

    Snacks
    Kiwi
    Apple
    banana
    mullerlight X2
    2 cupcakes (12 syn)
