New starter

Hello all :)

I am Katie and I am restarting Atkins after a very lengthy break first time I lost 6 stones I moved towns and fell off the plan (I know It was silly) I have put 2 stone back on in 18months. I am now at the stage where I am ready to get my lifestyle changed for good.

I bought the new Atkins book and I am
In the process of reading it and ready to start :)

Any tips would be gratefully received.

Hello - and welcome - I found one of the best ways to stay on track and keep motivated is by using the diary pages, I can post my menus and browse everyone else's, and as you probably already know drinking lots of water is key xx

Just jump in. I like it here, the peeps here are supportive every time you need them to be. I read the old Atkins book so there's some blanks that I had to fill in, this site has been a lifesaver.

Agree the best tip is to keep posting - will help you answer questions and have people to turn to when temptation rears up

hi katie, stick with us, post regularly, i have found that eveytime i have wandered away i have struggles, the best place to be is here, everyone is so supportive in every possible way, i love everyone here, its a special place.

hope your personal life gets a bit better soon xx
