I keep forgetting to drink so have been walking round with a bottle of water all day to remind me. Lol. Iv been getting my 3 ltrs but do find it hard. X
 
Jeni, doing ok today, just been working out how long doing for n gonna just not think its 11 weeks, I'm just gonna do it a week at a time. It will soon pass hopefully!!!

I did that yesterday sun! But it seems so far away!! I think your right 1 week at a time... I'm good working days sooo much easier than the weekend but I am tired now!! Won't be long before I'm in the bath with Christian grey again! Lol

Hi Sun have you tried it hot? I've been up since 3.25am sat on sofa with duvet over me I feel a bit under weather. Does anyone know if you can use strepstrils (don't know how to spell it lol )

Week 1: -10.5lbs. Week 2: -6lbs. Week 3: -5lbs

Sorry ur not feeling too well, I doubt strepsils will be allowed Hun but I can't confirm either way for sure. Hope u feel better soon x

Yeah I'm feeling ok thanks, I'm just really determined, I don't wanna be going on holiday n thinking I could have done more about my weight - like soo many holidays in the past. I wanna be on that plane, more comfy in the seat n buzzing with happiness cos I have lost what I could in time I had, n feeling confident about the bikini n dresses for the evening :)
No way come that holiday am I gonna be saying I wish I had stayed on it, cos I WILL have done :)

K not feeling so great tonight peeps :( stomach problems and issues going to the loo! Anyone else having troubles?! Really must go get that fibre clear or summin tomorrow.. I tell ya this will be the only downfall with the diet.. Hate it!!! Sorry if tmi! And the grumpiness!!

I've just got back from my gym workout & having an hour of training with the personal trainer was great :) as every bone in my body is aching lol so I've decided when I come of LP I will continue with the gym workout sessions but having both right now is well expensive :-( but I keep thinking just think of the benefits :). Hope you are all well x

Not sure but my chemist did mention it.. Wish I took her up on it!! I'll go tomorra.. Tummy settling a bit!
Well done on the gym chan.. Very impressed!! I've decided to leave it another week (lazy cow!) but honestly don't think I'm up to it!! :)
