Just been told by a colleague in the middle of the office that my breath smelt THANKS THEN!! I do know!! Now gonna be super paranoid!! Grrr the negatives of this diet are building up!! But no gotta tell myself it's a small price to pay!! And stay strong!!! Are we allowed breath spray then?! Got the breath strips... Don't think they're doing much... Send me your scarf rach!!! X

I know what you mean Jeni I've been so emotional too today!! You can buy mouth spray I got this one from boots called "expert dental dry mouth spray " made by boots & my chemist checked it out & said its ok to use & I've been using it & it does make a bit of difference hope everyone is doing well & good luck Rachael let us know how it goes x

not too bad dietwise Rach thanks just chugged a vanilla down get it all that way lol drinking it slow makes me gag! workwise doing **** lol! downside of working with family i guess :/ xxx

Lmao poor you jeni! You can have original gold spot mouth spray but make sure it's the original. Poor you chan and jeni I know how you feel. Trust me you'll be much much better tomorrow.

No jeni I love the vanilla and the strawberry plus the chicken soup is nice with paprika in but I detest the chocolate (the only flavour I've got) x

Thats odd as I'm the only person I know that hates anything chocolate yuk , but I like the chocolate shakes hot or cold x
