So I've just started doing Exante TS. I'm now on day 2. Day 1 wasn't quite successful but I didn't expect myself to be good all day.

Today I'm determined to stick to plan and drink enough water. So far I've had a strawberry shake for breakfast and 750ml of water.

I'm starting at 9st11lbs and I know to most of you it will seem like I don't need to be doing this but I'm so unhappy with my weight and how I look that I feel it's necessary.

I lost quite a bit of weight on WW a couple of years ago going down to 9st2 from 11st5 but this time round I'm just not getting results from regular calorie watching and exercise hence the move to exante.

I'll hopefully be keeping this page updated with my weekly losses as well as any other bits and pieces that crop up over the next four weeks.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading :)
