New SW starter some advice please

I started a green day yesterday this is what i had :
HEA Semi Skimmed Milk
HEB Tuna In Brine

Breakfast apple & tea

Lunch: pasta, tuna sweetcorn onion with extra light mayonnaise and side salad of carrot lettuce cucumber red onion and tomato.

Dinner Special Thai Crispy Noodles : Cabbage, leek, chicken, prawn, onion and beef with noodles.

(Based of chow mein syns I put a syn of 10 on the noodles)

Banana

With lots of water.


Today
Green Plan Again

Breakfast: Tea

Lunch : 115g Extra Light Philli (If i use the 85g of this for HE how many syns for the extra bit of this) 113g of chicken, peas, onion and mushrooms.
Corn on the cob

Dinner: Still deciding


Can i just have some pointers i have reactive depression at the moment so im not doing much just staying indoors all the time so i dont want to overload on food so if anyone can give me good meal ideas, snack ideas and exercises i can do at home it will really help me
 
hiya sweet ...on day one you listed tuna as heb ...was your chicken and prawns heb as well or did you sy them ?
i also get reactive depression so i know how you feel
