When you stand on the wii board your weight will register. and will change with your weight loss every time you use the board. You don't have to take any notice of your weight on the wii, especially if you have a weekly weigh in at a group. Just do the exercises.

Hello Ladies... (think it's all females hehe!!)

Well that's Day 2 Med on EASA! Loads of lunges in all directions. My adductors were killing this morning, I hate to think what my legs will feel like tomorrow :eek: and I can kiss goodbye to good weightlosses for a few weeks. Also did an upper body routine I crafted for myself.
