1st Post on Minimins

Hello All,

I've been lurking for a little while and reading posts, but this is my first post. I'm trying to loose weight with healthy eating and excercise, namely the Nintendo Wii Fit. I am pleased to say that since I started last week I have lost 6lb!!!!
I have excercised everyday and I am averaging 64 mintues a day on the Wii. I am also trying to be generally more active.

6lb down...only another 106lb to go!! Haha!
