Hi everyone. I am new to all this. Have done nearly every diet going so decided to give this a shot. Today is my first fast day. Saving almost all my calories for my evening meal as I am one of those that when they start eating they can't stop 
Feeling kind of shaky though and had heart palpitations? ? Normal? I do suffer with anxiety and panic attacks so I am connecting the two.
Hit the 500 cals bang on. Chicken, potatoes, carrots and vegetable soup for tea. Had a cup of bovril earlier to keep me going.
Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.
