on attack your allowed a whole list of meats like chicken, steak, beef, lots of fish, you have to make sure you have 1 and half tablespoons of oatbran each day, this fills you up, you can also have fat free natural yogurt, fat free cottage cheese, fat free quark, fat free fromage frais, along with spices.
i would definately recomend you doing alot of research before you start so you can get the foods in and prepare.
ive just finished day 2 of attack, have a look at my diary in the dukan diarys section to see the kinds of foods ive been eating.
you'll do it, stick to plan and you'll feel great for your night out in 2 weeks x
