New to exercise!!!

I started off very slow doing c25k still am just started week 2. I found it hard to run 60 sec at first it took me about 6 weeks to do week one. Have just done week 2 and running 90 seconds is not too bad. It's amazing how fast your fitness level gets better. What kind of thing are you thinking of doing? I hated running at first and found it really daunting but really love it now.

One thing I would say get some good trainers and a sports bra
