Just had my first weigh in and Ive lost 8lbs. Very pleased with that. Only 7st 6lb to go! My BMI is down 2 points already. Its been hard this week, especially Days 3 and 4 but I didnt cheat and Im proud of myself. Going away on 5th October for a week. Im wondering if anyone has any tips about what I can eat that will keep me in ketosis? I will take my food packs but expect I will eat out on a couple of ocassions - just to keep the hubby happy!
