New to red days- food diary

I have been doing EE for a long time so after long debate I've decided to switch to red days I'm hoping the less carbs may give my weight loss a boast. I've become a bit bored recently so lets hope this helps, I'm determined to be a slim bridesmaid :D I just hope I'm doing it right lol

Day 1
Breakfast: fruit and alpen light bar(1heb)
Lunch: 1 pitta bread (heb) with tuna, s/corn (1/2 syn)and tsp of mayo(5syn), fruit
Snack: alpen light bar(1heb)
Dinner: smoked haddock, veg
Snacks: milk (hea), Philadelphia light (hea), 2 ryvita thins black pepper (3yns)

Total syns: 8 1/2.

Lunch: jacket potato (heb), tuna, sweetcorn(1/2) mayo (5) fruit
Snack: fruit, milk (hea)
Dinner: roast chicken, veg, gravy

Snacks ryvita (heb), philadelphia light (hea), 2toast (7)

Syns: 12 1/2
