New to site :)

I've been looking on here for a while now and love the ideas and help you all give.
I lost couple stone last year and managed to stay at 13 stone for a while which I'm happy with, but gradually it's all crept back on :(
So I've decided to join and keep a good diary to try help me keep the weight off and on track. Any help is appreciated. I generally try to do red days as pasta bloats me so badly.

Today I've eaten

3 slices of chicken breast
3 ish beetroots
2 big spoons of morrisons low fat cottage cheese
Handful of cherry toms

No idea what to have for dinner as of yet.

For dinner I had
3 slices ham
2 eggs
Cucumber not sure weights on these is that important?

Snack quarter of honey melon

Now I realise I've had no HEB OR A. is this really bad do I need to force 4 weetabix down?
