New to slim and save! Help please

    Hi all,
    I'm currently on my 6th week of lipo trim, but as I've done it so many times I think my body is a little bored of it and weight loss is stalling etc.
    Just wondered what happens on slim and save, at the moment I have 3 shakes a day is it similar to this? And do you go into, kerosis?
    What are the average weekly losses?.... Sorry for all the questions but am really considering this and wanted advice :)

    Hi... Yup this is a ketosis diet and the simplicity plan lets you have 4 packs a day... Shakes, bars and tiny meals. The losses are pretty much the same on all vlcd's so they state a stone per month

    There are more product options on this diet which is good! X x

    Thanks for the reply!... How many calories a day is slim and save? I'm on lt and only have 3 shakes, would I be upping my calorie intake by having 4?

    Slim and save is between 550 and 650 cals per day depending on which packs you go for. The packs have fewer calories in them than the lipotrim ones, which is why you can have 4. Slim and Save also has a lifestyle plan which is 3 packs plus a small very low carb meal, such as half a chicken breast with salad which adds variety, and you can switch between the lifestyle plan and simplicity each day, so you don't get as bored. The weight loss is the same on each plan. The advantage to slim and save over some other VLCD's is that you get 150ml allowance of skimmed milk for your tea and coffee and a 200g veg allowance, which bulks out the tiny meals. It is also cheaper than most others too!
