New to slimming world - my green and red diary. Help greatly appreciated!

Thanks, am feeling better now (I think i may have given myself minor food poisoning from eating undercooked quorn sausages - woops!)

Breakfast: Northing, was still feeling ill

Lunch: Pasta with tomato sauce

Dinner: Omelette with a big salad

Snacks: An apple
 
Breakfast: fat free toffee yogurt

Lunch: pasta salad

Dinner: spaghetti carbonara

Snacks: am apple, caramel snack a jacks (7 syns)

I'm not going to write a diary up to next thursday as I am temporarily off plan whilst my french exchange student is here, as my mum has told me to eat what the the family is eating as it would be a bit rude to eat something else, particularly at a different time. I'll try to stick to plan for lunch and breakfast though and wont eat any syns so hopefully I wont gain too much!
 
Am officially starting doing the diary again today...
GREEN DAY

Breakfast: 2 x Activia FF yoghurts and a chocolate and fudge alpen light bar (HexB)

Lunch: Pasta with tomato sauce

Dinner: Egg fried rice with peas

Snacks: fruit salad (one apple, one banana, vanilla activia ff yoghurt)
 
Good luck, you can do it. I had a green day today and am stuffed.

Breakfast: All bran, milk and sliced Banana

Snack: Plum, melon and mango

Lunch: SF soup (chick stock, swede, cauli, broccoli, touch of chilli)
Alpen light bar

Snack: Muller yogurt strawberry

Dinner: Pasta with mushroom sauce ( from SW sauce book - free)
SW cheesecake ( alpen light bar base, frozen berries mixed into quark with sweetener, topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries).

on my count i still have the Syns to go :)

I forgot to fill it in yesterday... wops! But i'm pretty sure i wasn't bad :)
RED DAY!!

Breakfast: 2 x Activia FF yoghurts

Lunch: Omelette with ham

Dinner: Roast chicken and veg

Snacks: a bag of snack a jacks (7 syns) but worth it :)

Breakfast: 2 x FF Activia yogs

Lunch: Pasta w/ tomato sauce

Dinner: SW chips with 2 quorn sausages

Snacks: None yet! Am going to have some pineapple though and maybe a mullerlight (got some for 20p earlier! best before today though...)

Breakfast: 2 x Activa FF yoghurts

Lunch: Tomatoey pasta salad and a 375ml bottle of Oasis orange (63 cals, 4 syns?)

Dinner: More pasta with tomato sauce...

Snacks: A freddo (6ish syns?)

I drank 3 LITRES of water in about 5 hours earlier and seriously nearly wet myself!!
