Im new here and have joined this site for inspiration and motivation as I have approx 6 stones to lose.
I started mid feb and im trying with a low car/high protein diet, and going to the gym 3/4 times a week. I'd like to lose about 6 stones :sigh:
I weigh myself every sunday. I think im doing ok but have yet to drop a dress size.
Would love to hear from others in a similar situation!
