    Hi,
    After looking on this site a couple of times i've decided to join!
    After getting down to 8st 12lbs for my wedding last year i've enjoyed the married life a bit too much and have put on almost 2 stone! :sign0007:
    I've done ww previously and thought that the new propoints way seems very good so have come back!
    Still not sure of the way it is though.
    Been eating more fruit which is good but i guess i'll soon know when i get weighed on tuesday!
    I do a swedish exercise class which i really enjoy and my friend got me 12 classes of jazzercise so i'm looking forward to trying that out.

    Hi and welcome. I am also on propoints and our leader says to have no more than 5 pieces of fruit a day.
